Helping Haiti.

I'm sure everyone if fully aware of the disastrous events that have happened in Haiti, and like me, feel so helpless.

I am so proud to be working with a company like Stampin' Up! for all the efforts they put in when people need help.

Here's what Stampin' Up! have said:

Stampin′ Up! demonstrators have a long history of making a difference in the lives of others--especially when disaster strikes and the need is greatest. So it was not surprising that so many demonstrators have contacted us in the past week asking what the plan is for helping to provide relief for those who continue to suffer from the effects of the earthquake that struck Haiti on 12 January.

What do they have planned?

From now until 28 February, 2010, £1 from every Greenhouse Gardens stamp set I sell will be donated to the American Red Cross’ International Response Fund. The Red Cross is already well-established in Haiti, and this money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.

Like other demonstrators, I will also be matching the donations and donate an extra £1 for every set I sell.

Stampin' Up! in the US purchased supplies for 5000 emergency hygiene kits which were packaged up and sent off to Haiti.

Sketch challenge on Stamp With Us.

I love a good sketch and when I saw this, I swooned!

I hope you like my take on it, I used the Love you much stamp set (again) I can't wait to get some little Valentine's goodies made with that set! And I got to use the co-ordinating punch which I got for Christmas of my lovely Secret Santa!
