Tut, tut!

I seem to be apologising a lot lately for not posting... but I've been so busy with my card class preparations!

I can't wait for tonight's, I hope the ladies attending will enjoy it.

There are still a few places on my next one, check out the craft classes page for more info.

Here's another card with matching lottery card holder - I will hopefully get a chance to post a mini tutorial on how I've done the holder as requested :)

And surprise!! I've used Bird on a Branch haha, if you couldn't tell I just love this set!

I'm really loving Rich Razzleberry at the moment too.

Hope you are all enjoying the nice weather and aren't too hot and bothered!

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.

Fresh Cut Notes

Hi All!

I love this weather, it's put me in a very good mood :)

I wanted to share some more of the cards with matching lottery ticket holders I've been making recently, with the first one I made for my sister the orders have been flooding in!

They're really quick and easy to make too.

For this one I used the Fresh Cut Notes and stamped it with the Dot, Dot, Dot stamp.

I popped the pieces out and stuck them onto the lottery ticket holder to coordinate.

I'm loving these new colours too, I can't wait for all of them to launch with the new catalogue (In October - how exciting!)

I hope you like!

Happy Sunday!

Today is a colour challenge over at SWU and this is the picture for our inspiration, love those colours - I would never have thought to put them together.

So for my card I pulled out my increasingly favorite stamp set Bird On A Branch.

This set is just so elegant and easy to create with and I finished it off with some gorgeous Real Red Satin ribbon.

I hope you like it! Don't forget to have a look at the other design teams creations over on SWU.

A baby card

Hello everyone!

Hope the weather is as lovely where you are, it's so beautiful here.

I love summer, and I'm very tempted to paint paint each of my nails a different summery colour but don't think that would go down well in work tonight haha!

On to some crafting, I'm loving these treat cups so much, I think they are just so fantastic.

As you may already know, my little sister is expecting and I've gone into Auntie overdrive on the shopping front - so wanted to make a little 'pre-baby' card to go with some of the things I'm going to give to her early.

I combined a treat cup with the Something Sweet stamp set to make a little rattle, filled with some beads so it makes a satisfying noise!

Ooo, and last night I went with one of my friends to see SATC2... was a little worried as some people have said they were disappointed but I thought it was great! Very funny and just what you need to lift your spirits :)

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.

Happy Birthday Dad!!!

My lovely dad is the big 5-0 today!

And for his special birthday I decided to make him an extra special card...

... in the shape of a Liverpool Football Shirt!

Hehe, I hope he will like it
(Only took me 5 hours to complete, hand drawn badges and all lol)

It's made using SU! cardstock, pens and punches with some die cut letters and a silver gel pen!

One of the girls in work asked me to make her son a Blackburn Rovers football shirt card which he loved and now they all want the same one made for their dad for fathers day - I will share a pic of those soon.

We're off for a meal now to celebrate, hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.

Bird on a branch

Again!

I love this set, it's so simple to use, and to be honest my mojo has gone into hibernation.

I've not felt like crafting much lately but really had to just get on with a few things so pulled this set out.

This one is for my penpal and fellow Stampin' Up! demo Christelle in France.

I think the new colours go beautifully together, there's Soft Suede, Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo.

Hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.

Stamp with us

Hi Everyone, hope you have enjoyed your weekend.

I have to apologise again for the lack of posts, it's been a difficult week here but we're getting through it.

The challenge today for SWU is a Get Well card, and on mine I used the Flower accent stamp and 'kissed' it with a stamp from Circle Circus.

Don't forget to pop over to SWU to see the other DT's creations!

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.
