Birdhouse Post it Note Holder

Hi everyone, I can't believe it's Wednesday already! These weeks are flying by.

I wanted to share with you a project I made following one of my fellow demo's Jo D. She is so very talented and her project are just fab so when I saw this on her blog I knew I just had to get it.

It uses the Sweet Treat Cups from the mini catalogue which I can't get enough of lately and the 2 Step Bird Punch.

The cup is filled with paper clips with a sliding door at the back for access! How cute!

Hope you're having a lovely week so far.

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.

A baby card

Hello everyone!

Hope the weather is as lovely where you are, it's so beautiful here.

I love summer, and I'm very tempted to paint paint each of my nails a different summery colour but don't think that would go down well in work tonight haha!

On to some crafting, I'm loving these treat cups so much, I think they are just so fantastic.

As you may already know, my little sister is expecting and I've gone into Auntie overdrive on the shopping front - so wanted to make a little 'pre-baby' card to go with some of the things I'm going to give to her early.

I combined a treat cup with the Something Sweet stamp set to make a little rattle, filled with some beads so it makes a satisfying noise!

Ooo, and last night I went with one of my friends to see SATC2... was a little worried as some people have said they were disappointed but I thought it was great! Very funny and just what you need to lift your spirits :)

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.

Sweet treat cups

I love these little cups, they are perfect for a special card.

I took this idea from the mini catalogue and filled it with sunflower seeds, and attempted to make a sunflower to fit around it... I think it worked haha, but you can be the judge of that!

I used the Something Sweet stamp set which has the most adorable little gum ball machine in it too... I have a card made with this to share with you soon.

Then I made a little trap door so the recipient can get the seeds out without destroying the card - it was surprisingly easy!

It would be great to put other seeds in there too, and adapting the flower around it to be the same.

I think I might have to try some more.

What do you think?

Thanks for stopping by,
take care.
